Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new pair of White Mountain shoes, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
